Elmira College Digital Collections

This site contains links to selected digitized items from historical collections housed in the Elmira College Archives in the Gannett-Tripp Library. As it progresses, the site will include a larger set of textual materials, video and audio recordings, and objects from the College Archives as well as unique and valuable pieces having to do with the life and times of Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain) from the collections of the Mark Twain Archives at the College.

Follow this link to access EC photo collections of early women's athletics, theatre, and Cowles Hall.

Additional photographs illustrating the rich history of Elmira College from its founding in 1855 to the present and other EC digital collections, including Elmira College Catalogues and Bulletins from 1855, yearbooks (Iris), and alumni news magazines are available on the New York Heritage Digital Collections site.

Visit NYS Historic Newspapers for access to searchable, digital versions of The Octagon from 1935-2016, and the Elmira College Weekly from 1917-1935.
